So many people have asked….”What is the 24 Day Challenge,” and, “Why is this product better than the others?” I’m going to try to answer those questions. Keep in mind – if you’re looking for substantial weight loss, you should commit to the program beyond the 24 days, and we recommend 90 days. This is a journey, not a quick fix.
What is the 24 Day Challenge?
With the challenge, you will energize your mind and body, feed your muscles and starve your fat as you lose inches, improve health and melt away body fat in a way that will fit into your busy life and be realistic for any hectic schedule. This jump start program will teach your body to continue losing body fat and increasing lean muscle. Toxins can build up in your body and compromise your internal organs ability to eliminate toxins and body fat.
The first 10 days of the program set up your body for success. It will: Eliminate Toxins Break Food Cravings Increase Energy and Feed Muscle Burn Fat
The First Ten Days….The Cleanse Phase
This phase is getting your body flushed of toxins and impurities, ready for the core nutrition that it needs in the MNS vitamin packs (days 11-24, and beyond). AdvoCare Herbal Cleanse is a comprehensive system that includes a probiotic complex, fiber and herbs, to provide internal cleansing and enhance nutrient absorption. The gentle cleanse system is like an oil-change for your body. This is a gentle cleanse that you do in coordination with the Protein Shake, Spark and Catalyst (see below).
Drinking lots of water is important to wash away all the impurities. The plan encourages you to eat healthy the entire time AND to drink a lot of water.
The rules are the most stringent during the first ten days. NO fatty or fried foods, processed sugars or starchy white breads / pastas during these 10 days. You will eat REAL FOOD, including LOTS of clean food (you won’t be hungry) veggies, fruits, limited whole grains and lean proteins (chicken / salmon / lean fish). No soda, alcohol, or coffee. Spark will take care of all caffeine withdrawal. It is amazing, if you follow the plan during this time, how your food cravings will change (mine changed from craving Diet Coke, Starbucks, sweets and nachos to craving water, leafy greens and grilled chicken).

DAYS 11-24 The Metabolic Nutrition Phase

The average person loses 10 pounds and 9 inches on the 24 Day Challenge. My average female client will lose between 7-14 pounds during the challenge, and the average male client normally loses more than that. Of course, you will not lose ALL the weight you want to in 24 days (that would not be safe), but 24 days on the Challenge is a great vehicle to getting you on a healthier path to weight loss. It is recommended that you continue the products for at least 90 days. Like anything, if you go back to your old habits, be prepared to get your old results. But if you commit, and follow the plan it will be the easiest weight you will ever lose, and you’ll keep it off.
