I’m on the challenge right now and had to re-boot it since I wasn’t losing any weight, I actually was gaining on some days even after following everything. I’ve always had problems with my digestive system and like you said, “If it’s not coming out, it’s not coming off.” What could you recommend me take to help me on this…even the herbal cleanse fibers and such did not do much for me
